待つのがほんとーーうに苦手です。結果が悪いものを想像してしまうようなことだと、その不安に潰されそうで、だから余計待つのが苦手なのだと思います。
介護とかもそうなんだけど、いつ終わるのかがまったくわからない不安ってめちゃくちゃ怖いじゃないっすか。
この状態がいつまで続くのかって不安。終わらないかもしれない不安。心配。不安。どうあがいてもダメなのでは!?!?っていうネガティブ。
普段、人をもてなすために使うサービス精神、ホスピタリティが、あと妄想するための頭が、サイアクの想像をするために使われてしまうのです。ちくしょう! それは本意じゃない! とおもうのですが、いつの間にかこの頭は心配事を考えている…
7月の末はブルフェス2nd、8月の終わりは伊勢参り、秋組の生稽古、9月はオンリー、そして9月末には大阪でA3展と、予定を大変つめこみ、楽しみにしていまして。
そこで会う人達や、楽しめるアクティビティ、ごはんなども楽しみにしていたわけでして…
けどそのなかでずっと、頭の中で不安が 消 え な い
楽しみたいのに、楽しいのに、ちらちらする不安。ほんとやめて。お前そこでチラチラすんな。かまってちゃんか。そんな気持ち。で、自分はガラスのハートに毛が生えてるくらいのもんなので、すぐに引っ張られてしまうわけです。鋼のメンタルがほしい。
一人の時間がだいじです。ひとりで考える時間が大事です。けどその時間のほとんどを、不安をどうやって潰すのかに取られてしまっている。これはいけない。
一緒にいて、楽しんでいる人にもとても失礼なことだと思うので、楽しもう! と腹括って、でも空元気かもしれない、と思って、ひとりトイレいってもうしわけない気持ちになったり。
打ち込むべきものがあって、目の前にこなすべきものがあって、それに集中できない自分を責めたり。
気分を変えようと、原稿ギリギリってわかっててもケーキたべにいったり、整体いったり、髪を切ったり。
個人的に占いもしますが、あれはな、自分でやるとドツボにはまる。あってるなぁと思うことはしょっちゅうあるけど余計考え込む。幸せになるための占いをしたいという自分の気持ちから反している!
こんなに行動制限してくる(ように感じる)不安というのはいったいなんなんだ!!!!!!
というわけで見えないかもしれないですが大変浮き沈みが激しく、仕事もいそがしく(完全に人不足のせいです)、原稿すすめたりなんだリ、けどしんどいよ~とはTLで言いたくないし、ってなるとTLにもあんまりでなかったり。ふへへ。
現状、結果が出るまで待つしかなくて、その結果がいつ出るかもちょっと不確定なので、いつまでもそんなの抱えていたくねーよと思っていたんですが今ちょうどいい呟きがまわってきた。ひらめきメモさんいつもありがとう。
不安なままでもいい。全部消そうとするからいけないのか。それもまとめて自分か!!! という。
また寝る前とかにネガティ部入部してると思うんですけど、なるほどなぁと思いました。
なんか不安てつねにわいてくるなぁと思って、それはよく気がつく人とか、気配りの出来る人、心配症な人ほどそうなんだろうなと。
その、結果まちのやつ以外にも、仕事場に迷惑かけてんじゃないかなあとか、一緒のシフトの人に嫌がられてないかなあとか
今日は夜勤明けでそのまま別の施設のボランティアにお邪魔して、普段仕事で入れるの3人なんだけど10人以上お風呂入れて。自分の夜勤の状態によってはgdgdになると思って心配してましたし、全然知らない人ばかりなので片麻痺とかの体の状態や持病、本人の性格も手探りだからと心配でした。
明けのテンションに謎のコミュ力爆発してて杞憂でした…。
A3展大阪はそもそも入場できるのかな? っていう心配がいまだあるし(高速バスの日程とか変えて、友達と一緒に入場できるようがんばるつもりですが)これもいってみないとわからない。
こまこました心配とかは毎日色々あるわけでして。たまたま大きい奴がチラチラするけど、そいつを忘れてるときも小さいのがチラチラする。もってるお金足りるかなとか(足りた)。
もう共存するしかないというのか。
楽しみたいのに楽しめてる気がしない、に付随して、不安すぎて「人のやさしい気持ち、厚意に鈍感になる」のがほんとうによろしくないと感じていまして。
目を向けたらいいのは、そういうあったかい気持ちのほうなのに(質問箱にメッセくれたかた本当にありがとう嬉しくって涙ぐんだぞ)そっちをほっぽりだして心配ごとのことを考えてる自分にもふざけんなよという気持ちがあり、んんーーーってなっちゃうんでした。自己嫌悪です。
一緒にご飯たべようって誘ってくれたり、遊びに誘ってくれたり、力を貸してくれたり、作品に興味を持ってくださったり絵を好きといってくださってる方がいっぱいいて、それはほんとにありがたいなあと思っているので、
たまーに失踪したい気持ちにもなるけど、それは絶対自分は後悔するなと思うし
人は人でしか磨かれない、っていうのはいつも思う。一匹狼のひきこもり傾向のある自分は特に。
というわけで大変gdgdですが、いくつになろうと半分中学生のままの水瓶座ですので(しいたけ占いに書いてた)、今後ともどうぞよろしくおねがいします。
今「東京が死んで、僕が生まれた」メガテン的な感じの気分ですがはやいとこ世界のすべてを焼き尽くす魔王の気持ちを超えて、全世界を守る勇者の気持ちになりたいです。そういう時は気持ちが大きい。中2病? しりません
